Phase 3 of the Whitla Wind Power Project will be built concurrently with Phase 2. It is anticipated phase 3 will create up to 54 megawatts of capacity with the addition of 15 new wind turbines. Upon completion, all three Whitla phases will create the largest wind power project in Alberta.
