This project in Calgary's rapidly growing East Village will look to improve the streetscape on 3rd Street SE. Phase 1 will include work between 9th Avenue SE and 5th Avenue SE from 2017 to 2018 at a cost of $10M. Phase 2 will include work from 5th Avenue SE to the Riverwalk on the Bow River from 2019 to 2020 at a cost of $4M. This project will make the street more pedestrian and cyclist friendly.
