The Grand Rapids Pipeline system is expected to be placed in service in stages, with initial crude oil service by 2017. The full system will have an ultimate capacity to move up to 900,000 barrels per day of crude oil and 330,000 barrels per day of diluent. Alberta Energy Regulator approval October 2014. Estimated to be in service late 2017.
