Located in Wheatland County, the HubOne AI & BTC High Density Compute Park is dedicated to HubOne Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology clients and HubOne HDI High Density Immersion BTC Mining. It is 40 minutes from Calgary International Airport and features a dedicated fiber ring, with capacity for 15 private AI data facilities starting at 50 MW each.
The site also provides space for hyperscalers seeking private data centers and includes a multi-gigawatt BTC Institutional Mining Technology Campus focused exclusively on high-density immersion mining. With up to 3,000 MW of dedicated on-site power, the campus offers 10, 20, and 30-year Power Purchase Agreements to support technology operations.
Upon full build out, the development could represent a $100 billion investment.
