The project will transform the podium space at Manulife Place. Renovations to update the building’s exterior have begun, including new glazing on the ground and second floors to improve the streetscape and create a new lobby entrance. Inside, the two-story retail podium will be upgraded with new flooring, LED lighting, and communal areas to enhance the experience for tenants and visitors.

A building permit was issued by the City of Edmonton on February 11, 2025.
