Project Name*:

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services ULC is building a new delivery station at 16404 - 145 Avenue NW, in Edmonton's Apex Business Park, that will be known as DYE3. Delivery stations handle last-mile sorting and dispatch to drivers rather than large-scale inventory storage or order fulfillment.

Amazon closed on a 50 acre parcel of land in late 2025. A building permit was issued by the City of Edmonton in June 2026.
