Construction of a 1.63 million square foot cannabis greenhouse within the Box Springs Business Park. The greenhouse will use have a low-carbon footprint design and have specialty glass, upgraded HVAC, and precipitation collection systems. The facility will be able to produce 230,000+ kilograms of cannabis per year upon completion.

Aurora announced in November 2019 that construction will be suspended.

Aurora has announced they will only partially complete the project, building approximately 238,000 square of the 1.63M square foot facility by 2020, while the remainder will be completed when market conditions improve.
