Construction of Charger Industrial Buildings A & B will see two new industrial warehousing type buildings built at 300 & 340 High Plains Landing. Building A will measure 132,300 square feet, while Building B will measure 23,500 square feet. A building permit was issued by Rocky View County in November 2023.
