Phase G of the Christina Lake expansion was halted in early 2015 due to market conditions but has been restarted in Q1 2017. First oil came in late 2019. Phase G carries a capital cost of $950M The expansion would increase the facility's bitumen production to 310,000 barrels per day. Application approved April 2011.
