Costco Lloydminster is located at 75 Avenue and 19 Street, on Lloydminsters west side, on a 19.4 acre parcel of land. The warehouse features approximately 155,350 square feet of space, with ~880 parking stalls, liquor pod & gas bar. The investment by Costco will create 100-150 jobs once operational.
A building permit was issued by the City of Lloydminster in late 2025. The facility is expected to open late 2026.
