Proposed construction of a Costco located on a 19.6 acre parcel of land in Lloydminster located at 75 Avenue and 19 Street. The proposed warehouse plan on Lloydminster’s west side, features approximately 160,000 square feet with about 900 parking stalls.
A building permit was issued by the City of Lloydminster in late 2025.
