The Nighthawk Solar Project is a major utility-scale solar project located approximately 2 km south of the Lethbridge Airport in Lethbridge County, Alberta. The project will have a capacity of 157 MW upon completion. The project is jointly owned by NU E Power Corp. and Low Carbon Canada Limited through a 50/50 joint venture called Low Carbon - NU Energy Corp.

The project name has change from Lethbridge Three Solar Project to Nighthawk Solar. Location on map is not exact.
