Construction of a new warehouse and distribution centre in the StoneGate Landing area, known as building A in Phase 5 (5A). The building will contain 346,556 square feet of space with 40 foot ceiling heights.

The proponent applied for a building permit on June 13, 2022 and a permit was issued by the City of Calgary on September 6 2022. The building was complete in October 2023.
