The Dow Diamond Centre is a new ~220,000 square foot brownfield complex featuring 66,700 square foot office space for ~200 employees and includes a 153,800 square foot Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Warehouse building.

The facility opened to staff in February 2026. The facility will support operations and the Path2Zero Expansion.
