The project involves two components.

The Grande Prairie Mainline Loop No. 4 (Valhalla North Section): Approximately 33 km of 48-inch pipeline will be installed in Saddle Hills and Grande Prairie No. 1 counties.

The Berland River Compressor Station C3 Unit Addition: A new 30MW electric motor driven unit will be installed near Edson, in M.D. of Greenview No. 16 County, to reduce emissions intensity.
