In 2020, EPCOR purchased an industrial property for $30.6M located at 2545 Aurum Road NE. The industrial campus contains a number of previously constructed buildings that are in need of renovation.

The project will see EPCOR renovate and modernize the buildings at the Aurum Road Campus. A building permit was issued by the City of Edmonton on April 21, 2022.
