The Edmonton International Airport Cargo Expansion will see the cargo apron expanded by 47,000 square metres, a new hydrant system to tie into the fuel tanks, and a 1,400 square metre expansion of the cold storage cargo space.The project will be fund 50% through the Federal National Trades Corridor Fund, and 50% from Edmonton International Airport. The project broke ground late 2021 and was complete by early November 2022.
