Peace Hills Utilities Inc. (partnership between Graham Construction and Aquatera Utilities) will provide construction, financing, and long-term operations and maintenance services for the wastewater treatment plant. Associated Engineering has been contracted to provide design services.

The Government of Alberta will provide the City of Wetaskiwin with $17.9 million to help fund the city’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
