The Wild Rose Power Hub is a newly proposed "hyperscale" data centre spanning approximately 194 hectares (479 acres) in size. The Wild Rose Power Hub is a data-centre-only project. Power provided to the development would be supplied through the Alberta electrical system using the electrical substations located directly north of the plan area. The Wild Rose Power Hub is being advanced through a developer-led Area Structure Plan (ASP). An ASP is a statutory document approved by Council and adopted by Bylaw.

At full build-out, the project is estimated to support between 975 and 2,100 direct operations jobs.

Location on the map is not exact. The project will be south of Township Road 232, 1.61 west of Highway 797 and 3.22 km east of Highway 791.
